EMILIE SALQUEBRE
Emilie Salquèbre was born in 1981 . She lives and work in Nancy France.
After studing psychology, she went along on studing photography
at Nancy’s fine art school
( where she get a plastic Expression National diploma with jury’s owerds.)
She works as a freelance videographer and photographer since 2009. She develops multiple exchanges with other artists, choregraphers, musicians, performers…for which she makes videos, pictures and other creations.
Throught her teaching of photography, she questions Images, wether still or in motion.
Oscillating between a humanistic and experimental approach, she investigates questions on modern world in a poetic way. May it be video installation, or photo exibithions, Fiction arrive and merges with Facts.
The Image, made out of invisible layers, reveals itself, and may be splitted indefinitely.
Emilie’s work brings together the strange and the absurd, the word’s fragility,
and mix it all together .
